Keeping up to date with many fields of study

Just got this in the mail recently. In order to understand criticality rankings, its good to get a good grasp on Reliability as a whole.

In the next couple of years I need to have a strong base on all of these fields:

1. Thermography
2. Vibration
3. Ultrasound (All 8 application pillars: Steam, Mechanical, Electrical, Tightness testing, Leaks, Hydraulic, Valves, and Bearings)
4. Reliability Maintenance
5. Energy Auditing
6. Power Quality
7. Motors
8. Pumps
9. HVAC systems
10. Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA)
11. Solar O&M

If I know all of these then I can always be needed anywhere.

Finding Motor Doc LLC has been one of those gems of a find. There is nothing better than finding someone who actually has full knowledge of a particular field, and Howard has a podcast to boot.
